Looking ahead, Guelph City Council’s April 2025 height amendments for Downtown and Stone Road/Edinburgh Road, together with eight new condominium registrations approved in 2024, point to a vigorous 10-year development pipeline that will keep Reserve Fund Study specialists busy well into the 2030s. As the city moves toward its 2051 growth targets, a robust, forward-looking Reserve Fund Study remains the cornerstone of sustainable condominium management in Guelph.
