• Attending walk-through with subcontractors

During Construction:

• Providing technical assistance to revise by subcontractors
• Providing periodic job progress reports

After Construction

• Final quality inspection
• Preparing punch-list items
• Verifying all warranties
• Verifying operation of all systems and equipment
