Engineer

We are looking for qualified Civil Engineer at the intermediate level.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of engineering experience in Building Science, including preparation of Reserve Fund Studies, Performance Audits, Property Condition Assessments, and Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments.
Registration in Ontario as a P.Eng.
Excellent reading, writing and verbal skills.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Self-motivated.
Willing to travel. A valid driver's licence is required.
